I used the whole dropper the first time I tried it, thank *** that it was a Sunday night before a holiday!! I slept right through my alarm and woke up hours after I had initially wanted to wake up thankfully I didn’t have to work because I would’ve been hours late!! I reduced the dose that I take and don’t sleep through my alarm anymore but I wake up refreshed and ready to hit the ground running (I’m up @ 4am to go to the gym).
